Just after the beach Christmas tree, I came across a man channeling his inner Ed Ruscha, setting a small fire at a field house.
A quarter mile later I happened across a pair of police officers who where in their SUV patrolling the parking lot for what one can only assume would be other pairs of people doing adult people stuff in cars.
I said “So I am not sure if this is an issue but a guy is setting fire to the field house.”
And they seemed to think this was not at all a problem.
So I turned around and ran back home a different way.
